Terms of Use

1. Hefyt's service

Hefyt provides technology for digital menus and order management. Hefyt is not the establishment, does not prepare or sell menu products, and does not operate the business.

2. Account and authority

The account creator states that they can represent the establishment, will provide accurate information, protect access, and report misuse. Sign-in may use email, Google, or other available methods.

3. Menu, prices, and content

The establishment is responsible for its names, images, marks, descriptions, prices, availability, hours, and content, grants Hefyt a limited service license, and states it has the required rights.

4. Orders and consumers

Orders connect consumers and establishments. The establishment is responsible for preparation, quality, safety, availability, prices, delivery, pickup, service, taxes, and fulfillment. Hefyt does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment.

5. Order payments

Cash and pay-on-delivery or pickup are handled directly by the establishment. Online Pix or card payments, when enabled, use Stripe on the establishment's payment account. Hefyt does not store full card details or retain order proceeds; provider fees may apply.

6. Trial, subscription, and billing

Creating a restaurant starts a 7-day free trial. Current monthly or annual offer prices then apply. Stripe processes card and Google Pay subscriptions, and Mercado Pago processes subscription Pix in Brazil. Hefyt charges no per-order commission.

7. Interruption and closure

Nonpayment interrupts the public menu and limits the panel to subscription, without accumulating fees for the interrupted period. Payment reactivates the account. Cancellation, refund, and final deletion rules still require review before launch.

8. Acceptable use

Fraud, unlawful content, rights violations, unauthorized access, security interference, and deliberate overload are prohibited. Hefyt may limit or suspend access to protect people, data, and the platform under applicable law.

9. Integrations

The service relies on providers for hosting, storage, email, authentication, maps, payments, messaging, abuse prevention, and analytics. Integrations may have their own terms and availability.

10. Availability and changes

Hefyt works to keep the service available and secure but promises no SLA or uninterrupted operation here. Maintenance, external failures, security events, and events beyond control may affect features. Material changes receive a new version.

11. Intellectual property

The platform, brand, code, design, and Hefyt materials belong to Hefyt or its licensors. A subscription does not transfer those rights. Establishment content remains with its owners.

12. Responsibility

Each party is responsible for its own acts. To the extent allowed by law, Hefyt is not responsible for establishment products, service, delivery, availability, prices, nonperformance, or third-party outages. Corporate identity, governing law, and venue require legal review before launch.
